A toolkit for using Claude with YNAB: a remote MCP server that lets Claude read, and optionally edit, your YNAB plan, plus a Claude plugin and searchable YNAB knowledge.

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, with https://ai-tools-for-ynab.wiggin.dev/mcp as the URL. Then log in to YNAB and choose read-only or read-and-write on the consent page.
Run claude mcp add --transport http ai-tools-for-ynab https://ai-tools-for-ynab.wiggin.dev/mcp, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate. Or install the plugin from the plugin/ directory of the repository.
Visit /disconnect to remove a connection.
